Vaas Leiterplattentechnologie GmbH is a medium-sized enterprise with an experience of more than 30 years in the manufacturing of PCB´s.
During all these years Vaas has extended its product-portfolio continuously due to research and innovation. As a consequence of this Vaas is well-known as a manufacturer of High-tech products and is established in markets like aircraft / aerospace, communication or medical products for example.
 
 
From the beginning in 1971 up to now Vaas has invested constantly in quality, technology and environmental compatibility.

In the year 1991 a new and very modern production facility was established in Schwaebisch Gmuend.

In 1993 Vaas has started a annual certifying according to UL standard.

In 1995 Vaas was certified with the internationally accepted
ISO–certificate (DIN EN ISO 9002), which guarantees well-working quality management.
In addition to these described standards Vaas produces according to MIL 55110, MIL 50884 and IPC standards.

In 1998 Vaas extended the production area for more than 1000 square metre and in 2001 a second extension was built-up, so that the whole manufacturing area is now about 6800 square metre wide.

Once again in the year 2002 the quality management system was changed into the ISO 9001:2000 and 2009 into the newer 9001:2008 standard.
